The story of Forge begins at the Pennsylvania School of Culinary Arts where the two met with a dollar and a dream. Their kindred spirits would forge an unbreakable bond, and their passion would drive them to amass over 25 years worth of culinary experience and expertise in the restaurant industry.
The time would come for their knowledge and exquisite culinary abilities to be shared with others. Through hard work, dedication, and a relentless passion, the two were able to take that dollar, and turn their dream into a reality; thus the creation of Forge.

The food is PHENOMENAL. You could literally taste all the flavors and spices complementing each other as you ate. The staff was super nice, the chef came out to chat with us, our off the menu drink was DELICIOUS, the music was on point and the place was beautiful and exceptionally clean. It's not that close to home (about a half hour drive) and we will definitely be back. Soon.

Everyone there was super friendly and we had great service. The food was delicious. You could really taste that it was fresh. I had the crab cakes and my husband had the Ribeye. Apple pie Ala mode for dessert. We will be back.

My husband and I visited here for lunch after searching for restaurants who served shrimp and grits. We were seated shortly after arriving. It was a nice atmosphere with tvs and good music. It was so many great choices on the menu so we opted for the scallops for our appetizer and a side of collard greens.They were so juicy and flavorful. I ordered the crispy chicken and waffles which were served with pecans. My husband ordered the shrimp and grits. We were not disappointed! I would recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting the area looking for a great meal. We can't wait to go back to enjoy more of this menu!
